1. All fees must be paid prior to the start of the course. We accept payment by PayPal, bank transfer, cash or cheque.

2. Any bank charges we receive for returned payments will be charged at a rate of £15.00

3. Dippers and Divers do not offer refunds or catch up lessons for any lessons missed or for the removal of children from the swim school except in extreme circumstances which would be at our complete discretion.

4. In the event that your child's class is unavoidably cancelled, Dippers and Divers will try to provide the class on an alternative date. If this is not possible we will provide you with a credit on the next terms fees. For those children no longer going to attend Dippers and Divers, a reimbursement of the cancelled class will be made by PayPal or bank transfer at the end of the term.

5. We reserve the right to appoint a new or different teacher and will notify you accordingly. We may at times (without notification) need to provide an alternative teacher for a class or classes due to illness or any other unforeseen circumstance.

6. Dippers and Divers can only be responsible for students during their swimming lesson. Parents and guardians are responsible at all other times.

7. Personal belongings left in the changing facilities or at the pool side are left at the owners own risk and Dippers and Divers accept no responsibility for loss, theft or damage.

8. To minimise the disruption to lessons being taught we kindly request that you do not arrive at the pool more than 10 minutes prior to the start of your session.

9. As changing facilities are limited in terms of space, we regret that we are unable to accommodate buggies and pushchairs.

10. We request that you use the changing facilities as efficiently as possible to allow the parents and children arriving for the next session to use them.

11. All babies and toddlers that are not toilet trained MUST wear a disposable swimming nappy and an outer neoprene nappy with elasticated leg and waist fittings. These are essential to protect from leakage and ensure that our pools do not have to close for the remainder of the day for Health and Hygiene reasons.
